Yes. Prenatal chiropractic care is not only safe, but also recommended by many providers for comfort and alignment during pregnancy. Our office uses the TRT technique, which is extremely gentle and does not involve twisting, cracking, or popping. As Webster-certified specialists, we’ve trained specifically to support moms through every stage of pregnancy.
Prenatal chiropractic care addresses the physical changes your body goes through during pregnancy, including:
✔ Low back pain and sciatica
✔ Hip and pelvic discomfort
✔ Round ligament tension
✔ Posture changes and fatigue
✔ Better pelvic balance for delivery
That’s a common concern! Our adjusting style is different. With TRT and Webster techniques, there are no loud cracks or forceful movements. Instead, adjustments are light, precise, and tailored to your body’s needs, making them very safe during pregnancy.
Absolutely. By aligning the pelvis and relieving tension in surrounding ligaments and muscles, prenatal chiropractic care creates more space for your baby and helps your body function more efficiently. Many moms report smoother pregnancies and more comfortable births.
Every pregnancy is different. Some women come in just a few times for specific pain relief, while others choose regular visits to support ongoing comfort and prepare for birth. After your initial exam, we’ll create a personalized plan that fits your needs and preferences.
No referral is needed. However, many local OBs, midwives, and doulas trust and refer to our office because of our Webster certification and focus on safe prenatal care.
We’re not a general chiropractic clinic that “also sees moms.” Our focus is on prenatal and family care. Being Webster-certified means we have advanced training to support pregnancy specifically, and our gentle TRT approach ensures care is comfortable and non-invasive.
We’re a cash-based office, which means we don’t bill insurance directly. This allows us to provide care that’s focused on your needs, not what an insurance company will approve. Many of our patients appreciate this because it keeps care simple, transparent, and stress-free.
We’ll provide you with a detailed receipt (called a “superbill”) that you can submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Payment plans and affordable care packages are also available so you can get the consistent support you and your baby deserve.
